Terms & Conditions for Virtual Life Coaching Services
 
Embody and Evolve Life Coaching LLC

These Terms govern your use of virtual life coaching services provided by Embody and Evolve Life Coaching LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or participating in services, you agree to these Terms.
 
1. Nature of Services
Coaching is a professional partnership for personal development, mindset growth, and goal achievement. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or clinical treatment. We do not diagnose or provide mental health services.
 
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18+ or have written parental/guardian consent. Age minimums may vary at our discretion.
 
3. Virtual Services
Sessions may occur via Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy, email, or similar platforms. Backup options (e.g., phone) may be used if technical issues arise. Clients must ensure a private, quiet space.
 
4. Payments & Fees
Fees are due at booking. Payments are made through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square). Prices may change but not for prepaid sessions. Credit card info must be entered at booking and may be stored for single sessions, packages, or refunds. No auto-renewal; all packages are one-time purchases.
 
5. Scheduling
Sessions are 60 minutes and booked through our online system. Time zone: EST; clients are responsible for scheduling correctly.
 
6. Confidentiality
Information is confidential except in cases of: risk of harm, abuse/neglect of minors or vulnerable persons, legal requirements, or with written consent. (See Privacy Policy.)
 
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to be on time, participate actively, communicate respectfully, and secure a private session environment.
 
8. Results Disclaimer
Coaching provides guidance but does not guarantee outcomes (financial, personal, professional, or relational). Results depend on client commitment and follow-through.
 
9. Termination
Either party may end services at any time. Refunds follow the stated Refund/Cancellation Policy.
 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Connecticut law.

By booking, you confirm you have read, understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
