Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Virtual Life Coaching Services
 
Embody and Evolve Life Coaching LLC
Effective Date: December 28, 2025

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee that is non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and subject to a $100 fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 24-hour notice.

  • Repeated rescheduling may result in additional fees or session loss.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • You cancel with proper notice (documented in writing - email/text).

  • A service error or emergency on our end requires cancellation.

  • You purchased a multi-session package and request a refund for unused sessions.

Package Refunds

  • You will be refunded for the number of unused sessions only.

  • Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

​

4. Late Arrival

  • Sessions start and end on time.

  • If you are late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Full payment will still be rendered.

  • Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.

5. Emergencies

We understand unexpected situations occur. Please email or text as soon as possible for emergency exceptions.
